Sarcopenia and recovery of muscle function
Profile: Female, 55 years old, S.L.
PROBLEM
Significant loss of muscle mass due to age and sedentary lifestyle. The situation worsened following a fall during one walk at mountains, which caused knee inflammation and a long period of inactivity. This accelerated the loss of strength and mobility, leading to insecurity in daily movements and to avoidance of even mild physical exertion.
How we dealt with the situation
With the support of nutritionist Avalon del Fay Program, we structured an action plan to counteract sarcopenia and recover muscle function without overloading the injured joint. The approach was integrated with:
-
-
- A personalized nutrition plan.
- Targeted integration.
- An adapted exercise protocol.
- We have continuously monitored through use of the FYO
-
RESULT: How we solved
Results after three months:
-

Management of Rheumatoid Arthritis: Reducing Pain and Inflammation with Integrated Protocol
Profile: Female, 56 years old, M.M.
Objective
Reduction of painful and inflammatory symptoms related to rheumatoid arthritis, improvement of joint mobility and recovery of quality of life.
Initial Situation
The patient had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for several years, with symptoms that had become progressively more disabling. She reported acute pain and joint stiffness, especially in the morning, with a duration of more than 60 minutes. Chronic fatigue and “mental fog” severely limited his daily activities, generating frustration and a decline in mood. Inflammatory markers in the blood were consistently elevated.
AVALON Integrated Protocol Applied:
Our approach was based on the synergy of three pillars, orchestrated to act simultaneously on the biochemical (diet and supplementation) and biophysical (device) components.
- FAYPROGRAM Food Pathway:
A nutritional protocol with an anti-inflammatory matrix was set, focusing on eliminating pro-inflammatory foods (refined sugars, white flours, processed saturated fats) and increasing Omega-3 fatty acids, polyphenols and antioxidants from green leafy vegetables, berries and spices such as turmeric, with customized recipes. - Nanotechnology Devices:
The patient used a medical device based on H.I.T. (Holographic Information Transfer) technology. This device, which combines biophysics, nanotechnology, and chemistry, was selected to support the body’s natural functions. Its purpose was to act synergistically with diet to optimize biochemical activities, with the specific goals of reducing oxidative stress and systemic inflammation, rebalancing postural response, and promoting cellular regeneration. - Synergistic Supplementation:
The pathway was supported by targeted supplementation with high-bioavailability active ingredients selected to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of the diet.
Duration of the Protocol: 4 months
Results Achieved
The results exceeded expectations, demonstrating the effectiveness of the integrated approach. The patient reported both subjective and objective benefits.
Subjective Data:
- Drastic reduction in morning stiffness (from >60 min to about 15 min).
- Recovery of energy and mental clarity throughout the day.
- Increased joint mobility, which allowed her to resume daily walks.
- Significant improvement in sleep quality and mood.
“For years I thought I simply had to live with the pain. The AVALON protocol changed everything. It wasn’t just following a diet or using a device, it was feeling my body begin to function in harmony again. Getting back to taking the walks I loved without pain gave me back a hope I no longer thought possible.”
“This case is emblematic of our philosophy. The success is not attributable to the food pathway alone, nor to the nanotechnology device alone. It is the result of their scientifically orchestrated interconnection. The diet reduced the biochemical inflammatory load, while the H.I.T. device acted at the biophysical level to optimize the cellular response. It is this synergy that allowed the results to accelerate and amplify, leading to such a significant improvement already in the first four months.”

Prevention of Sarcopenia and Fall Risk Reduction in Older Age
Profile: 82-year-old man, P.G.
Goal: Maintain independence, improve balance and postural stability, counteract sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass and tone), and reduce the risk of falling.
Initial Situation:
The patient, although self-sufficient in his daily living within the RSA, was showing early signs of senile frailty. He reported an increasing feeling of unsteadiness when walking, fear of falling, and a perceived difficulty in getting up from a chair or making movements that required strength. Functional assessment showed a balance deficit and muscle strength below age-appropriate reference values.
AVALON Integrated Protocol Applied:
To address this complex challenge, we acted on two complementary fronts: biochemical support through nutrition and biophysical rebalancing through our nanotechnology device.
- FAYPROGRAM Food Pathway:
A normocaloric, high-protein nutritional plan has been developed with a focus on the distribution of high biological value proteins throughout the day to maximize muscle protein synthesis. The pathway was enriched with foods containing Leucine, Omega-3 and Vitamin D, essential micronutrients for muscle and bone health. The patient was able to eat regularly while maintaining average chewing ability. - Nanotechnology Devices:
The patient used a medical device based on H.I.T. (Holographic Information Transfer) technology on a daily basis. The application of the device was aimed at:- Rebalancing posture: Acting at the biophysical level to improve neuromuscular communication and stability.
- Promoting cell regeneration: Supporting metabolic processes of muscle cells to counter catabolism and maintain tone.
- Motor Support:
The protocol was combined with a program of light resistance and balance exercises, to be performed safely under the supervision of facility staff.
Duration of the Protocol: 6 months
Results Achieved
The results demonstrate a significant improvement in motor function and a tangible reduction in frailty, with a direct impact on patient safety and quality of life.
Subjective Data:
- Increased safety and confidence while walking, with a marked reduction in fear of falling.
- Greater perceived ease and strength in getting up from sitting and climbing stairs.
Feeling of greater overall stability and “grounding” in the soil.
“At my age, the biggest fear is to fall and lose one’s independence. Since I started this path, I feel more stable on my own legs, more confident. It’s a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time. Being able to take my walk in the garden without the anxiety I had before is priceless.”
“This case demonstrates how an integrated approach is crucial in the management of senile frailty. Nutritional intervention or exercise alone is often not enough. Diet provided the biochemical ‘building blocks’ to support muscle, while the H.I.T. device acted at the biophysical level, optimizing ‘communication’ between the nervous system and muscles and improving postural stability. It is this synergistic combination, acting on multiple levels of the system-body, that has enabled such a pronounced result, restoring to the patient not only strength, but more importantly confidence and autonomy.”

Post-Operative Recovery: Management of Hydro-Electrolyte Balance and the Inflammatory State
Profile: 80-year-old man, M.P.
- Problem Presented
- Intervention Protocol
- Clinical Outcome
- Testimony of the Family Member
- Note from the Professional
Aim: To optimize recovery after intestinal resection surgery for neoplasm, manage hydro-electrolyte balance in the presence of an ostomy, counteract malnutrition and post-surgical inflammation. Increase weight with implementation of muscle mass.
Initial Situation:
The patient underwent right hemicolectomy surgery with terminal ileostomy packing. In the immediate postoperative phase, he had the typical challenges of this condition: high ostomy output (>1.5 L/day), resulting in dehydration, severe asthenia, and an electrolyte imbalance. The picture was complicated by an acute inflammatory state and accelerated protein catabolism, which jeopardized suture tightness and overall recovery.
AVALON Integrated Protocol Applied:
The approach was aimed at creating a stable physiological base (hydration and acid-base balance) on which to build nutritional and functional recovery.
- FAYPROGRAM Food Pathway:
A specific nutritional protocol was implemented for ostomy management: low-residue, fractionated into small frequent meals, high in protein (1.5 g/kg) and low in fat to aid digestion. “Astringent” and potassium-rich foods were favored to help reduce and compact ostomy output. - Synergistic Supplementation (Water and Ions):
The key point was the use of an alkaline matrix hydro-electrolyte supplement. With an ileostomy, the body loses large amounts of not only water and minerals, but also bicarbonates, with the risk of developing metabolic acidosis. The supplement was selected not to “alkalize the body,” but for a specific physiological purpose: to replenish lost fluids, electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium) and bicarbonates, thus supporting the body’s natural buffering systems and ensuring effective cellular hydration. - Constant Monitoring:
Water balance (inputs/outputs), body weight and, periodically, blood chemistry parameters (electrolytes, inflammation and nutrition indices) were monitored daily.
Duration of Protocol: 30 days (acute recovery phase) then maintenance food protocol
Results Achieved
The synergistic approach made it possible to quickly stabilize the patient, accelerating his recovery course and reducing complications.
Subjective Data:
- Marked reduction in the feeling of fatigue and weakness.
- Improved ostomy management, with a feeling of greater control and comfort.
Recovery of appetite and mental clarity.
“After such a big surgery, my father was completely exhausted, drained. To see that, day after day, thanks to the course, he was regaining his strength, was an immense relief. It wasn’t just food, it was a system that was getting him back on his feet. He began to feel like a person again, not just a sick person despite the objective difficulties of his condition. The specific prescriptions helped me a lot since I don’t have much of an aptitude for ciucine.”
“In such a complex patient, the mistake is to focus on only one aspect. Without first stabilizing the hydro-electrolyte balance, any nutritional intervention would have been ineffective. The alkaline matrix supplement did not act as a generic product, but as a targeted tool to counteract the loss of bicarbonates and salts, creating the foundation for the absorption of nutrients provided by the diet. It was the synergy between the restoration of the physiological environment and the nutritional support that enabled the body to activate its healing processes so efficiently.”

Management of Lumbar Pain: an Integral Psychophysical Protocol Monitored with AI
Profile: Female, 56 years old, menopausal, M.S.
Goal: Resolution of pain symptoms (L4-L5), recovery of full function, improvement of body composition, and enhancement of awareness and inner resources for pain management and accelerating the healing process.
Initial Situation:
The patient presented with chronic disabling pain related to mechanical overload (10 kg weight gain) and a state of systemic stress. Initial analysis with our exclusive FYO technology confirmed a high percentage of fat mass and increased metabolic risk, highlighting the need for a 360-degree intervention.
AVALON Integrated Protocol Applied:
As the patient was particularly wary of the mere allopathic approach, due to previous negative experiences, we orchestrated a five-pillar protocol, where action on the body was combined with action on the energetic and emotional spheres, all monitored and managed by the FAY HUB platform.
- FAYPROGRAM (Biochemical Action): Anti-inflammatory nutritional protocol to reduce weight, visceral fat and inflammation.
- Biokimatik Magnetotherapy (Biophysical Action): Using the Magnet on the L4-L5 area to act locally on pain and stiffness.
- Physiotherapy Pathway (Biomechanical Action): Cycle of postural exercise and strengthening to correct mechanical imbalance.
- Pranotherapy (Energetic-Emotional Action): A cycle of 5 pranotherapy sessions was integrated to act on the energetic and psycho-emotional dimensions. The goal was to reduce the perception of pain, not only on the physical but also on the emotional level, and to strengthen the mind-body connection. This enhanced the patient’s motivation and active participation in the healing journey.
- Monitoring and Orchestration (Digital Action): On FAY HUB, all professionals shared a single chart. On a monthly basis, the patient would perform FYO (AI-exclusive technology) verification, providing objective data (fat/lean mass, metabolic risk) to adjust the pathway with maximum accuracy, and the noted supplementary inputs of pranotherapy were considered in the healing pathway.
Duration of the Protocol: 4 months
Results Achieved
The integral approach produced synergistic improvement, demonstrating how acting simultaneously on all levels of the person is the key to deep and lasting recovery. The patient lost in the first 4 months 8 kg , reduced physical pain while improving joint mobility.
In addition to physical recovery, the patient reported greater mental clarity, a deep sense of calm, and a new awareness of her body and her reactions to pain.
“I came for back pain and found a real renaissance. The most exciting thing was seeing how everything was connected through FAY HUB, especially with the monthly FYo checkup. To see with a picture that my body was changing for the better was so powerful. But what brought it all together was the pranotherapy course. It taught me to ‘feel’ my body differently, not to fight pain but to manage it from within. It gave me a calmness and motivation that were crucial. Knowing that my specialists were seeing all my progress, from physical to subtle, made me feel understood and supported on a level I had never experienced before.”
“This case is a practical demonstration of our integral vision. We used FAYPROGRAM, magnetotherapy and physiotherapy to act on the physical causes of pain. But the integration of pranotherapy was the transition from an excellent physical protocol to a true healing pathway. It acted as a psycho-emotional ‘catalyst,’ helping the patient transform her relationship with pain and enhancing her adherence to the pathway. The FAY HUB platform, with AI data from the FYO, allowed us to orchestrate and monitor the impact of such a comprehensive approach, demonstrating how wellness comes from harmony between body, mind, and energy.”

Management of Feline Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis: a Targeted Nutritional Protocol
Profile: European common cat (“Lillo”), 8 months old.
Goal: Resolution of gastrointestinal symptoms, normalization of the blood picture (eosinophils), modulation of the immune response, and restoration of a balanced gut microbiota by eliminating dependence on steroid drugs.
Initial Situation:
Leo had a history of sporadic vomiting, chronic diarrhea, poor appetite and progressive emaciation since weaning. Veterinary investigations had revealed significant hypereosinophilia in the blood, leading to the diagnosis of a severe intestinal immune-mediated reaction, compatible with eosinophilic gastroenteritis. The acute phase was managed with cortisone to reduce inflammation and save the kitten’s life, but a long-term solution was needed to resolve the root cause.
PET AVALON Integrated Protocol Applied:
The approach was aimed at “resetting” the immune system through targeted nutritional therapy, acting directly on the main interface with the outside world: the gut.
- Phase 1: Transition and Stabilization:
Cortisone was gradually reduced under strict veterinary supervision as the new dietary protocol was introduced to avoid relapse. - Phase 2: FAYPROGRAM PET Nutritional Protocol:
The centerpiece of the therapy was the introduction of a single-protein elimination diet formulated specifically for cats with food hypersensitivity. The food was based on a protein source never before encountered by Leo’s immune system (on a hydrolyzed fish protein of the highest purity, with certified heavy metal control), to nullify the adverse reaction. The formula was:- Free of grains, gluten and common allergens, major triggers of intestinal inflammation.
- Enriched with prebiotics (FOS and MOS) to selectively nourish beneficial gut bacteria (microbiota) and restore barrier function.
- Supplemented with an optimal level of Omega-3s for their known natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Duration of the Protocol: 3 months
Results Achieved
Nutritional change alone, managed as a true treatment protocol, resulted in complete clinical remission.
Subjective Data (reported by the owner):
- Total disappearance of vomiting after the first week.
- Appetite returned vigorous and steady.
- Visible increase in energy and desire to play.
- Coat became thicker and shinier.
“We were desperate. Seeing Leo so small and sick, dependent on cortisone, was heartbreaking. The FAYPROGRAM Pet protocol worked a miracle. It was not just a matter of ‘changing kibble,’ but a real guided pathway that turned off the inflammation from within. Seeing his blood tests return to normal and finding the vibrant, healthy kitten we always wanted was the greatest joy.”
“This case is emblematic of how, in the veterinary field, precision nutrition is the first and most powerful form of therapy. For an immune-mediated gut disease, food is not just nutrition: it is constant information we give to the immune system. By eliminating the allergen trigger and, at the same time, providing substrate for a healthy microbiota with prebiotics, we have allowed the gut to flare up and return to its normal function. We used food as a tool to rebalance the body, achieving a stable solution without the side effects of long-term medications.”
